1. Delivery Check
To make sure everything is clear, you can open and check your order while the courier is still with you.
Feel free to review the item in terms of size, fit, and overall look.
If it’s not what you expected, you can simply refuse it on the spot and send it back with the courier.
Once the courier leaves, the order is considered confirmed and final. No further actions can be taken after that.
2. Exchanges
We do offer exchanges, but within a limited timeframe.
You can request an exchange within 3 days from receiving your order only. After that period, exchanges are no longer available.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition:
- Not worn or used
- Not washed
- No smells, stains, or damage
- All tags and original packaging included
Available options:
- Switching to another size of the same item
- Exchanging for another product (any price difference must be covered)
Requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
3. No Refunds Policy
We do not provide refunds.
All orders become final once received and accepted.
The only chance to decline an order is during delivery while the courier is present.
